Integration overview
CoolR supports bulk data exchange and REST APIs. Choose an approach based on the direction, volume, and timing of your data.
Bulk data exchange
Use Data Publisher exports for scheduled analytics and large data transfers. Exports use Apache Parquet, a columnar format that includes schema information and can be read by compatible analytics tools.

For data sent to CoolR, use the Data Importer and the template for each record type.
REST APIs
Use APIs for individual reads or writes, image uploads, and systems that cannot consume batch files. Review the legacy API conventions and confirm your requirements with your CoolR implementation contact.
